A little way inland from the southeastern coast of Pembrokeshire, Narberth lies in the heart of the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, and is surrounded by a wonderful array of picturesque little Welsh harbor villages, each offering something a little bit different.
Walking, horse riding, and travel a little way down the road and you will come across Tenby, where you can enjoy diving trips, boat rides and watersports in around the picturesque and popular Welsh holiday destination. The little walled seaside town is steeped in history, and caters incredibly well to holidaymakers with its great array of pubs, restaurants and shops.
Oakwood Theme Park in Narberth is something a little out of the ordinary for the area, and boasts over 30 rides and attractions, both wet and dry. As you would imagine, the theme park caters very well to both children and thrill seekers, with a whole host gentle family and while knuckle rides for your enjoyment. The Blue Lagoon Water Park is another attraction you might like to take your little ones to, and caters well to children of all age ranges, with its indoor wave machine, flume and river rides, and a pool for the younger ones.
Take a walk in what now remains of the medieval Narberth Forest - the beautiful Canaston Wood. Thickly wooded and rich in plant life and wildlife, this is rather a pleasant way to while away an afternoon in Pembrokeshire.
