The iconic Pembrokeshire Coastal Path is nearby, which leads to a number of pretty horseshoe coves and golden beaches. Discover the pretty coastal villages of Porthgain, Newport and Solva, or for the more energetic, visit the sandy beaches of Whitsands and Newgale, renowned locally for excellent surf and watersport activities. To the south is the popular coastal resort of Tenby, famous for is bustling streets, charming shops and leisure attractions including Oakwood, Manor House Zoo and Folly Farm, home to Wales’ very own colony of giraffes and penguins. About the local area

Pembrokeshire has tremendous variety. From majestic cliffs to sand dunes, from broad river estuaries to cascading streams, from gently rolling arable land to rocky outcrop - all can be seen within a few miles of each other.

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, one of Britain's breathing spaces, takes in about a third of the county including the entire coastal strip, the upper reaches of the Daugleddau and the Preseli's. Its the only National Park that is almost all coastal. The National Park run an extensive programme of activities and events for both adults and children so you can really make the most of what the area has to offer.

Pembrokeshire is also the capital of activities! Everything from coasteering, diving, sailing and surfing by the coast to riding, walking and cycling just about anywhere! Just don't forget to relax on one of 83 beaches in the county!
