Cowslip lies within the grounds of the owner’s smallholding, along with three other traditional Welsh stone barn conversions. They are set around a courtyard and have been lovingly converted to provide a fantastic homes whilst on holiday. Cowslip is a characterful property which has been lovingly converted to boast lots of charm. An ideal retreat for families and couples alike, this beautiful semi-detached holiday cottage offers exposed timber beams, wooden floors, a feature wood burner and an airy open plan kitchen, dining and living space, which is ideal for entertaining in. Both bedrooms have wooden floors and beamed ceilings, which have been lovingly furnished retain character throughout.
Within the grounds are also two shepherd’s huts, as well as a wooden lodge to choose from, and roaming nearby are geese, ducks and even alpacas. Church View Holiday Cottages lie deep within the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside, and are set within the quaint historic hamlet of Rosemarket. Here you can uncover the ancient church of St Ismaels, the Rosemarket Rings (which are a former Iron Age settlement) or sample some ales and local produce from the village pub, all of which are a stone’s throw away. Set between the two towns of Haverfordwest and the medieval town of Pembroke and close to Cleddau Estuary, this makes the ideal base from which to explore west Wales and the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.
10 minutes away is the harbour town of Milford Haven, ’one of the finest natural waterways’ in Lord Nelson’s words. Within the harbour you can enjoy one of the many coffee shops and wonderful craft shops, or venture into the town to the Torch Theatre and catch a live show or take in the cinema. Travelling west past the town of Milford Haven, you can discover the ‘picture postcard’ coves and cliffs of Sandy Haven, Dale and Marloes Sands, arriving at Martin’s Haven. Be sure to take a boat trip to Skomer Island to spot the abundance of seals, puffins and Manx shearwaters. Over 22,000 bird species can be found on Skomer Island.
For a family day out, visit Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo with lions, rhinos and giraffes. Adrenalin lovers can pay a visit to Oakwood Theme Park. On rainy days, take a trip to Bounce Below, a large indoor trampoline centre - perfect for all ages. Beach 7 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 50 yards.

About the local area

Pembrokeshire has tremendous variety. From majestic cliffs to sand dunes, from broad river estuaries to cascading streams, from gently rolling arable land to rocky outcrop - all can be seen within a few miles of each other.

Pembrokeshire is also the capital of activities! Everything from coasteering, diving, sailing and surfing by the coast to riding, walking and cycling just about anywhere! Just don't forget to relax on one of 83 beaches in the county!
