This property lie on the edge of a small village 1½ miles from the historic walled town of Pembroke, with access to many beaches and coastal walks within a small radius.
Bryn-Awel is a detached house with a large living space fitted with a wood burner, and has bi-folding doors between the kitchen/dining room and living area, as well as double doors between the living area and conservatory, thereby lending itself to large open plan living space if required. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and bath, as well as a utility room. There are also two ground floor bedrooms; the first bedroom has a kingsize bed overlooking the rear garden, and the second bedroom has a kingsize bed overlooking the front garden, parking area and drive. The ground floor is suitable for both the elderly and limited mobility visitors having two bedrooms and one bathroom on the ground floor, with easy access into the building from front and rear. On the first floor you will find the super kingsize master bedroom, which has a balcony with stunning views and a bistro table and chairs. The twin room has zip and link beds and there is also a shower room.
The propertiy is situated within the Castlemartin Peninsula and within a short drive are Angle, Freshwater West, Stack Rocks, the Green Bridge of Wales, Bosherston Lily Ponds, St Govan’s Chapel, Broad Haven South, Stackpole Quay, Barafundle and Freshwater East. Tenby, Saundersfoot and many other beaches are just 30 minutes away. Beach 3½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 3½ miles.
