Description

Come and enjoy Alice’s Cottage, which lies in the rural and scenic hamlet of Sardis, just 10 minutes’ walk from the seaside. Thoughtfully furnished with a contemporary feel throughout, the cottage has a living room with a solid wood floor and a feature wood burner. It shares mature gardens with beautiful views, where you can enjoy dining al fresco on your private patio. Set within the Pembrokeshire countryside, this location has something for everyone and is only a few minutes inland from Wisemans Bridge and the stunning harbour village of Saundersfoot. You can enjoy a walk to Wisemans Bridge and stroll along the golden sandy beach, take in the fresh sea air and then enjoy some fresh line-caught fish at the pub, which offers unobstructed views out across the glistening sea to Worms Head and the Gower Peninsula.
On a sunny day, explore some of the 186 miles of sublime Pembrokeshire National Park Coastal Path, which runs from the coastal village of Amroth as far north as Cardigan, discovering rugged coves, cliffs and beautiful bays on the way. More locally, the famous walled town of Tenby is within 15 minutes’ drive with cobbled streets, a stunning beach and boat trips to Caldey Island. Oakwood, Folly Farm and the Blue Lagoon Water Park are all within 30 minutes and make great days out for all ages. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles. About the local area

Pembrokeshire has tremendous variety. From majestic cliffs to sand dunes, from broad river estuaries to cascading streams, from gently rolling arable land to rocky outcrop - all can be seen within a few miles of each other.

This wealth of contrasts is due to the very bones of the land. The fact that such a variety of rock types occur within such a comparatively small area has directly affected the scenery and history of this westerly quarter of Wales.

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, one of Britain's breathing spaces, takes in about a third of the county including the entire coastal strip, the upper reaches of the Daugleddau and the Preseli's. Its the only National Park that is almost all coastal. The National Park run an extensive programme of activities and events for both adults and children so you can really make the most of what the area has to offer.

Pembrokeshire is also the capital of activities! Everything from coasteering, diving, sailing and surfing by the coast to riding, walking and cycling just about anywhere! Just don't forget to relax on one of 83 beaches in the county!
