Within easy reach is a huge selection of visitor attractions including both Zip World Velocity and Surf Snowdonia. Zip World is home to the longest and fastest zip line in the northern hemisphere and Surf Snowdonia the first inland man-made surfing lagoon.
For a more relaxed visitor experience is the National Trust’s Bodnant Garden, providing displays of rhododendrons and laburnum in May and June and other colours throughout the year, along with Penrhyn Castle (National Trust) and the stunning Aber Falls waterfall, all a must for a visit during your stay. Llanfairfechen centre is 2 miles away, and here you will find a well-stocked supermarket, post office, pubs, restaurants, takeaways (which offer home delivery) and a beach front pavilion café. Aber House has ample parking and even has bicycle and outdoor equipment storage available. Beach 5 miles. Shop and restaruant 2 miles, pub 5 miles.
