Croes Newydd lies in the heart of the small village of Beulah, this semi detached property is just 4 miles from the popular seaside village of Aberporth. Being immaculately presented and comfortably furnished throughout, makes it a real home from home and is ideally located for exploring Cardigan Bay and its many beaches. The owner has taken great care to provide all you will need to have a relaxing and enjoyable break. On returning from a day of coastal adventure, relax and unwind in the spacious living room, with impressive beams, comfortable soft furnishings and wood burning stove - the perfect recipe for a cosy night in! The modern kitchen boasts everything you will need and more. The large range cooker and dishwasher may not be used with the convenience of many good pubs, restaurants, cafés and take aways nearby. All three bedroom have been beautifully decorated and each one boasts a television - ideal to keep all the family happy and entertained! Outside the garden is an outdoor haven with far reaching countryside views and is also home to a delightful fish pond and water feature. With comfortable seating areas taking full advantage of the stunning countryside outlook, it is the perfect spot for enjoying a drink on a summers evening snuggled around the chiminea, while offering freedom for exuberant children and the family pet!

Beulah has easy access to award winning beaches, stunning wildlife and the breathtaking scenery of the Teifi Valley and Cardigan Bay. The village’s location makes it a superb base from which to venture into both Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion. Even Pembrokeshire is just a short drive away. Walks along Ceredigion’s 63 mile long Ceredigion Coastal path are a must and truly breathtaking and can be accessed from the sandy, sheltered beaches at Aberporth, which is one of Ceredigion’s favourite seaside holiday destinations. With its sandy beaches and great local amenities, there’s much to keep you in Aberporth but wander just 1 mile along the path to discover Tresaith, another award winning sandy beach, a tiny village that hugs the hillside with a natural waterfall that leaps from the cliff to the rocks below. Local towns are friendly and full of interest and character. Choose from small, specialised shops with big personalities in Newcastle Emlyn (5 miles), Cardigan (9 miles) or Aberaeron (17 miles), to well known high street stores in Carmarthen (24 miles) - Wales’ oldest market town. This corner of Wales is packed with things to do and places to see whatever the weather. Miles of unspoilt coastline, pathways, castles, world class gardens and other places of interest are all waiting to be explored.
