The living area overlooking the charming town, features a cosy gas fire and is perfect for relaxing after a busy day’s adventure!
From the edge of the doorstep, guests can stroll into the resort and enjoy the numerous cafés, gift shops and highly acclaimed restaurants it has on offer, or venture down to the famous harbour beach, which was voted ‘Europes Number One Beach’ due to its sheltered bay, golden sands and crystal clear blue waters. Sea fishing is also available for the keen angler. A visit to the resort would not be complete without a memorable boat trip to the offshore island of Caldey, where visitors can share the serenity and tranquillity of the Cistercian monks, or take a sea safari along the dramatic coast, cruising close to rare sea birds, seals and the occasional dolphin. The award-winning leisure attractions of Oakwood, Manor House and Folly Farm are well worth the visit, as are the numerous historic sites dotted around the county including Pembroke, Carew and Manorbier castles.

About the local area

Pembrokeshire has tremendous variety. From majestic cliffs to sand dunes, from broad river estuaries to cascading streams, from gently rolling arable land to rocky outcrop - all can be seen within a few miles of each other.

This wealth of contrasts is due to the very bones of the land. The fact that such a variety of rock types occur within such a comparatively small area has directly affected the scenery and history of this westerly quarter of Wales.

The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, one of Britain's breathing spaces, takes in about a third of the county including the entire coastal strip, the upper reaches of the Daugleddau and the Preseli's. Its the only National Park that is almost all coastal. The National Park run an extensive programme of activities and events for both adults and children so you can really make the most of what the area has to offer.

Pembrokeshire is also the capital of activities! Everything from coasteering, diving, sailing and surfing by the coast to riding, walking and cycling just about anywhere! Just don't forget to relax on one of 83 beaches in the county!
