The cottage, which sleeps 6/8 guests, is situated along a quiet lane at the foot of Moel Siabod and enjoys magnificent views over the Llugwy Valley. The accommodation comprises a luxurious farmhouse kitchen with homemade units, slate floor, large breakfast table, double oven and l fridge freezer. A separate dining room seating eight benefits from slate floor, beams and stylish oak furniture. The lounge has a multi fuel stove, cosy sofas and enjoys lovely views. There are three large, spacious bedrooms on the first floor with all benefiting from valley views.

The village of Capel Curig has three pubs anad a well stocked shop and is home to the Plas y Brenin National Mountain Centre where one can enjoy activities from rock climbing and skiing to sea kayaking. There are excellent mountain bike trails in the Gwydr and Penmachno foresta - a ten minute drive away, whilst the famous Red Bull circuit ar Coed y Brenin can be reached in 40 minutes. The popular holiday town of Betws y Coed with its designer shops, outdoor outlets, station, numerous cafes and restaurants is within 3 miles and a scenic footpath leads from the cottage door along the river to the town. Within an hour from Capel Curig there are numerous award winning beaches and castles to be enjoyed and all fifteen 3000 feet mountain peaks of Snowdonia are within close proximity. The attractive coastal town of Llandudno is 40 minutes away and the award winning Bodnant Gardens are within a few miles.
