Located only 5 miles from the historic castle town of Conwy, the cottage is ideally placed for enjoying the mountains, coast and popular tourist towns of North Wales. The property sleeps 4 and the excellent accommodation includes a comfortable lounge with French doors leading out to the decked patio area, offering the perfect spot to appreciate the wonderful views over the river, fields and hills. Meanwhile, on the first floor, the bright and airy main bedroom is very spacious and provides an additional seating area from which to enjoy the stunning scenery. Pontwgan is only a mile from the popular village of Rowen, famous for its open gardens and for being a favoured starting point for hill walking in Northern Snowdonia, and in particular the Carneddau mountains. Rowen has a traditional pub and shop, and walking and cycling the interesting forest trails are popular pursuits in the locality.
