Bryn Awelon is a pet friendly holiday cottage set in a quiet, elevated location about a thousand feet above sea level, in the heart of Snowdonia. The accommodation comprises of a lounge with original multi fuel stove and a beamed ceiling, a recently fitted kitchen/diner with a range of high quality units, a double bedroom in New England style with a king size bed, a twin room (both bedrooms enjoy stunning views) and a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed area with furniture and BBQ and there is a natural garden and orchard which is in the process of being further developed. The property also benefits from stunning, far reaching views from both inside and out towards the Menai Strait and Anglesey (on a clear day Ireland can be seen), with the rear of the cottage looking over countryside where public footpaths lead towards the Carneddau Mountains.

Llanllechid has a village shop and pub, while the village of Bethesda, a mile away, and has several shops and pubs to choose from. Set in the foothills of Snowdonia, the cottage is ideally located for walkers and biking enthusiasts as cycling can be undertaken from the doorstep and cycle storage can be provided on the premises. A section of the North Wales Cycle Route cuts through Llanllechid. The fifteen mountain peaks of Snowdonia, which are over 3000 feet, are within easy access and for the less energetic; the popular tourist towns of Betws y Coed, Conwy, Llanberis and Llandudno are nearby. History lovers can enjoy visiting the castles of Conwy, Caernarfon, Beaumaris, Harlech and Penrhyn in Bangor. For those interested in gardening the renowned Bodnant Gardens are a must. Bryn Awelon provides cosy accommodation in a location ideal for those wanting a peaceful and scenic rural holiday, whilst remaining within easy reach of the wide range of attractions that this beautiful part of North Wales has to offer.
