Bryn Her is a beautiful cottage, located on a hill side and enjoying spectacular panoramic sea and coastal views. This former quarryman's cottage retains many of its original features and is a superb base for exploring the beauty, heritage and the wide range of activities on offer in North Wales. Inside the cottage the inglenook fireplace and original beams together with the wonderful views enjoyed from every room set the restful and relaxing tone for this delightful holiday property. Bryn Her has two bedrooms sleeping three people. However, a sofa bed in the lounge can provide sleeping accommodation for an additional two people making a maximum of five in total.

Covered verandah with seating to enjoy the sea view and BBQ. Private terraced garden plus shared garden with adjacent cottage. Due to hillside location access is extremely steep in some areas with uneven and narrow steps typical of the cottage style. Off road parking for 1 car - please note, access to the private drive is steep and narrow (7ft6) making manoeuvring of large vehicles difficult.

The property is in walking distance of the pleasant, small village of Llandudlas with its village store, fish and chip shop, three pubs and its own beach. Nearby is the well established and much loved tourist town of Llandudno with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and famous promenade - a must for visitors to the area. Within a fifteen minute drive is the 13th Century Conway Castle a veritable fortress evoking an almost tangible sense of time and history - and harbour. There is also the beautiful Bodnant Gardens to visit and of course, the mighty and awe inspiring Snowdonia, which provides some of the most exhilarating walking and climbing country in the whole of the British Isles. For those who prefer a more sedate holiday, a pleasant stroll through the seaside towns of Colwyn Bay and Rhos-on-Sea with their award winning beaches and exhilarating air is a wonderful tonic for any holiday maker.
