Return to resultsAmlwch is a small town on the north coast of Anglesey. It was once a busy port but it now attracts tourists from all over thanks to its impressive coastal cliffs, copper mines and Angelsey Coastal Path which passes through it. Fishing and golf are also popular in the town, try out your golfing skills at the Bull Bay golf club or fish at various locations within the port. Amlwch has a range of local bars and shops and hosts a local market every Friday. Amlwch is located on the A5025 which means it is very convenient for those wanting to travel further afield. Holyhead is just fifteen miles away where ferries operate to Dublin on a regular basis.
