Description

Ariandy is an elegant Grade II listed Georgian town house located in the very centre of the attractive historic town of Beaumaris, close to the Castle, the Courthouse, the gaol and the parish church. Above what was formerly a bank and which is now a renowned contemporary art gallery, the property has recently been completely refurbished. This high standard 4 star self catering accommodation, which can accommodate up to nine guests, has everything needed for a short break or a longer holiday. On the first floor there is a fitted kitchen with roomy breakfast area (where all nine guests can eat together!), a large lounge with bay window and four inviting sofas with digital television. There is also a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC and a separate cloakroom. On the floor above are three further bedrooms - a twin, a double enjoying a sea view and a spacious family room with double and single bed - a shower room and WC. To the rear of the property is a secluded private sunny courtyard with decking area - a delightful suntrap where guests can relax with a drink after a day's sightseeing.

Ariandy, which is open all year round, is an ideal base for exploring the region and the town. As an added bonus, all the restaurants, bars and historic attractions of Beaumaris are within walking distance of the property. Beaumaris is less seasonal than many coastal resorts with many attractions including a spectacular firework display on bonfire night and New Years Eve, a festival in May, a Victorian Day in November, the throwing of hot pennies and a pram race on Boxing Day and regular live music and historical events within the Castle walls. When considering the spectacular views and the quality of the local beaches, the coastal footpath, the hills and mountains, yachting and superb golf facilities, Beaumaris really does deserve its reputation as the jewel in the crown of Anglesey. And it is no surprise that visitors return time and time again.
