Cardiff Half Marathon

This year held on the 16th October the Cardiff Half Marathon proves to be an amazing occasion as over 15,000 people have signed up making the run a sell out. With many people taking part for charity the Marathon has kind of a carnival spirit to it, many running the race in fancy dress for good causes. There are of course still competitors in the race, encouraged forward by the crowds, making it a great show all round!

Starting back in 2003 with only 1,500 runners, the half marathon continued to grow in support and is now becoming known as a big race in the runner’s autumn calendar.
