All new cottages appear on our website and we have one main brochure a year plus a number of supplements produced at peak times. We run all year round marketing and advertising plans that we know, through experience produce the greatest response and yield the maximum number of bookings for our owners.
A personal, friendly and local service
We have holiday property consultants based throughout Wales offering our owners a one to one service and professional advice on every aspect of what makes a good holiday letting prospect. Our central call centre is based in Carlisle and opens 364 days a year from 9am to 9pm (Sat 9am to 5:30pm). This unique aspect of our business means our door is always open to customers.
We have prepared a range of ‘Owner Literature’ that gives new owners useful information, from finding the right property and how to prepare your property to how much income you might expect and details of our management services.
