Located on a dairy/sheep farm this comfortable, detached holiday bungalow set amidst rolling countryside, is ideally situated for walkers and lovers of nature with varied wildlife in abundance in the area. Watersports are available at nearby lakes of Vyrnwy and Bala, and the Snowdonia National Park is just a short drive away. Just 2½ miles away is the pretty village of Llanrhaeadr with its spectacular waterfall (one of the seven wonders of Wales), selection of shops and welcoming country pubs.

About the local area

For those who really want to escape it all then mid Wales is the place to go. Because of the vast mountain ranges in this area much of it is uninhabitable. However this does not stop it from being a beautiful place to visit.

The Cambrian Mountain range dominates and because it is often over looked due to the Snowdonian and Brecon Beacon ranges it is a secret just waiting to be discovered. Fish in one of the many reservoirs and rivers or bike up some of the challenging trails across the range.

Further to the east the towns of Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells both provide amenities for your day in the mountains. From here you can also travel to the Black Mountains in the South East or visit the neighbouring English border
