One of two detached Scandinavian style lodges with its own private hot-tub (for 6 adults), situated on a working farm, with far reaching views, this is an idyllic location with access to Offas Dyke Path from the front door. A variety of activities nearby such as clay pigeon shooting, fishing or cycling and rally school at nearby Llangullno. Alternatively, just relax in this well presented property and enjoy the countryside and stunning views. Presteigne and Ludlow are great for a trip out and the cathedral city of Hereford is only a short drive. Can be booked with W41449. Shop, pub and restaurant 3.5 miles.

About the local area

For those who really want to escape it all then mid Wales is the place to go. Because of the vast mountain ranges in this area much of it is uninhabitable. However this does not stop it from being a beautiful place to visit.

The Cambrian Mountain range dominates and because it is often over looked due to the Snowdonian and Brecon Beacon ranges it is a secret just waiting to be discovered. Fish in one of the many reservoirs and rivers or bike up some of the challenging trails across the range.

Further to the east the towns of Builth Wells and Llandrindod Wells both provide amenities for your day in the mountains. From here you can also travel to the Black Mountains in the South East or visit the neighbouring English border
